Energy Efficiency Information Project

One of the major costs in a retail liquor business is energy usage. Now, you can access tools and information to empower you with the knowledge and capability to help you reduce energy usage in your business.

Created, developed and implemented by ALSA member, the Master Grocers Australia/Liquor Retailers Australia, the Energy Efficiency Information Program (EEIP) is a Government supported initiative, brought together by industry specialists, to help you understand energy usage and how to reduce the amount of energy used in your store.

This program will help you to understand and implement opportunities to reduce costs in all areas of store energy usage including; refrigeration, heating and cooling, lighting, hot water and other appliances and equipment.

There is a range of energy reduction information tools available on the EEIP website for you to use, including factsheets and a self assessment tool.
